Butterfly-pea flower tea with lemonade and lychee jelly. We add the citrus at the window and it turns from blue to purple in your hand.

Butterfly-pea flower makes a deep blue tea. Add citrus and the acid turns it purple. We do it at the window so you can watch. Try it here first.
